Nice call on this scene. It's really all about the structure of the beats combined with the song and the juxtaposition of vacations and Viet Nam. Just a really fun idea.

If we RvD ever did a scene like this to close a show, everyone would think we were brilliant.

Way to point this out. I think we also talked the other scenes they do similar to this, where they are sitting in a bar telling stories about old girlfriends. I think the song they use is the Alman Brothers or something, but I can never remember.; May 28, 2009 at 4:19 PM
